INTRODUCTION

The Society of St. Paul is a religious congregation in the Catholic Church made up of brothers and priests dedicated to using the media to bring Christ to the world. The vision started at the beginning of last century and will be valid through this millennium. Consecrated men are needed for the arduous global media ministry. Working together with the whole Pauline Family the brothers and priests strive to be lights for the good news. They speak a word of conscience to the world and address the needs of the human spirit and the soul of the world's cultures. They promote justice for all, peace among nations, tolerance among peoples, respect for human dignity, and a reverence for the God who is love. "Petrus" is one of the periodicals published by them as part of the Apostolate of Media of Communication.
